After signing the Lease agreement, the Tenant can change the specification of the commercial space (e.g. colors, layout) and general construction work (e.g. locations of electrical outlets, doors, interior wall locations) based on a separate estimate and in agreement with the developer.
The developer reserves the right to change prices.
